HOLISTA Green Lipped Mussel - freeze-dried New Zealand mussel for dogs and cats, powder 100g

This mussel comes from a licensed New Zealand marine farm using sustainable aquaculture techniques in its natural marine environment (with ropes growing above the seabed). It's a source of glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), which are a structural component of interosseous cartilage and joint fluids. Glycosaminoglycans are extraordinary molecules that, due to their crucial biological and physiological functions and diverse properties, have found widespread use in medicine.

Application:

prevention and rehabilitation of the musculoskeletal system 

joint support in older dogs and cats

supplementation of puppies during the period of intensive growth

improving the condition of the coat and skin - also during the shedding period.

The most well-known glycosaminoglycans include hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate, keratan sulfate, and heparin . These polysaccharides are used in the formation of skin, connective tissue, and joint cartilage.

Ingredients: 100% New Zealand mussels (Perna Canaliculus).

The product is freeze-dried (freeze-dried), which preserves the biological activity of the active substances.

Analytical components: crude protein 55.5%, fat 11.9%, moisture 1.4%, crude ash 6.4%, glycosaminoglycans 3.2%.

Dosage:

cats and small dogs - 1 scoop / day

dogs - 1 scoop per 10 kg of body weight/day.

For rehabilitation, double the dose.

One scoop contains approximately 1g of product.
