Valerian, also known as valerian, is an herb that effectively puts cats in a good mood and encourages playfulness. It is safe to consume, non-addictive, and in some cases may even stimulate appetite.
Valerian, also known as valerian, has been used medicinally for centuries. It was primarily used to treat insomnia, anxiety, severe menstrual cramps, or simply to relieve stress. It works not only on humans but also on cats. For them, valerian can be a very powerful aphrodisiac, affecting almost every cat. Not every cat likes catnip, so if you're looking for something effective, valerian is an excellent choice.
Importantly, never, under any circumstances, consider giving your cat valerian supplements, tablets, or drops intended for human use. Valerian is dosed completely differently for cats than for humans. Therefore, pharmacy preparations may have too strong an effect on your cat. Furthermore, they often contain additional ingredients that can be harmful to the animal. Valerian drops, which contain high-proof alcohol, up to about 60% ethanol, are particularly dangerous. Never spray them on cat toys, and certainly don't add them to your kitten's food.
